3. Damaged packing, gland, packing sleeve, sealing ring, etc. When the unloader is started, the packing seal leaks, and the amount of leakage is significant. Although the packing gland is constantly tightened, the leakage continues and eventually cannot work. The solution is to immediately replace the damaged packing seal.
4. It will decay over time. The filler can be changed to make its material meet the requirements.
5. Excessive clearance caused by wear, corrosion, or eccentricity of the mixing shaft at the filling point. Solution: Replace or repair the mixing shaft and machine it on the machine to ensure roughness. Adjust the middle or positioning device of the mixing shaft to ensure that your heart is aligned.
6. Corrosion of the packing box of the vertical mixer. Solution: Repair or replace the stuffing box.
7. The filling material does not meet the requirements or the filling installation is poor, causing serious leakage. The solution is to choose the material of the mixer packing reasonably, make it meet the requirements, and install the packing correctly.
8. Parts with packing such as shaft sleeves are severely worn, or the radial clearance between the packing box and the shaft sleeve is too large, causing leakage. The solution is to replace the shaft sleeve in a timely manner or chrome plate the surface of the shaft sleeve.
9. Improper positioning of the oil ring at the seal of the vertical mixer or blockage of the oil circuit prevents the formation of an oil seal. Solution: Adjust the position of the oil ring and clean the oil circuit.
10. The new shaft sleeve has a large eccentricity. The coaxiality of the casing should be improved and meet the requirements. The reasons for the leakage of the sealing packing of the mixer are multifaceted. Repair or replacement should be determined according to the actual situation. Different soft and hard fillers can also be used to improve the sealing effect of the mixer, and the cut should be staggered at once to make the mixing device work more effectively.
