Filter Press

The Filter Press is a device that achieves solid-liquid separation through mechanical pressure. It uses hydraulic or mechanical devices to apply pressure to the filter plate, so that the liquid in the suspension seeps through the pores of the filter cloth, while the solid particles are trapped in the filter chamber to form a filter cake. The device consists of a frame, a clamping mechanism, and a filtering mechanism, and has become the core solid-liquid separation equipment in sewage treatment, mining, food processing, etc.

Corrosion-resistant
The filter plate of the Filter Press is made of reinforced polypropylene material. Glass fiber reinforcement is added to its formula to make the tensile strength reach 60MPa (45% higher than ordinary plastics). With the surface electroplating zinc treatment, the corrosion rate is less than 0.02mm/year in an acid-base environment with pH=1-14.

High separation efficiency
By integrating the Taiwan technology hydraulic station and PLC control system, the Filter Press realizes a dynamic pressure compensation mechanism. When the filter cake thickness increases, the system automatically increases the pressure to the preset threshold (error ±0.1MPa) to ensure filtrate turbidity is stable below 3 NTU. The control system shortens the single cycle time by about 10%, increases the average daily processing capacity to 1,200 tons, and improves the efficiency of traditional equipment by 40%.

Strong stability
The frame is made of Q345B high-strength steel, and the distribution of welding nodes is optimized through finite element analysis, with a fatigue life of more than 100,000 cycles. The filter plate edge adopts a T-shaped double-seal structure with a leakage rate of less than 0.5%, and high-precision processing to ensure the reliability of sealing under high pressure. The continuous operation failure rate of the Filter Press is less than 0.3%/year, which is significantly better than similar products.

The high degree of automation
The electric hydraulic integrated system of the Filter Press supports the entire process of automatic plate pulling, filter cake extrusion, and filter cloth cleaning, and can realize remote monitoring, and key parameters can be adjusted in real-time. Operators only need to complete parameter settings through the touch screen, and one person can manage multiple devices.
