Overview
The Vertical Agitator drives customized blades through a vertical stirring shaft to generate a composite flow field to achieve efficient mixing and reaction intensification. The core components include high-efficiency motors, cycloidal pinwheel reducers, modular shaft systems, and blades, which are widely used in chemical, environmental protection, pharmaceutical, and other fields, especially for high-viscosity material processing and multiphase reaction systems.

Efficient mixing ability
Vertical Agitator uses CFD-optimized blades and continuously variable speed systems to form a composite flow field to quickly destroy the viscosity of materials, improve the mixing efficiency of high-viscosity materials by more than 40%, and significantly improve the removal rate of suspended solids in wastewater treatment.
Energy-saving drive
Relying on the efficient transmission of IE4 permanent magnet motors and cycloidal pinwheel reducers, the Vertical Agitator saves about 25% energy compared to traditional equipment. The frequency conversion control can automatically adjust the power output according to the load to further reduce the energy consumption of intermittent processes, and the annual operating cost is greatly reduced.
Low-noise operation
The planetary gear transmission design is combined with an acoustically optimized housing. The key components use damping coatings and composite sound-absorbing materials. The vibration value is controlled below 2mm/s, so that the operating noise of the Vertical Agitator is controlled at 70-75dB, meeting the environmental noise standards of clean rooms.
Overload reliability
Using a multi-tooth meshing reducer and alloy steel shaft system, the Vertical Agitator has a short-term overload capacity of 1.5-2 times and can run continuously for 72 hours at 120% load without failure.
