Introduction
Manual chemical dosing system is a device used to accurately control the amount of chemical agents added. It is widely used in water treatment, chemical industry, environmental protection and other fields. Corrosion Resistance
The dosing barrel of the manual chemical dosing system is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), which can resist chemicals with a pH range of 1-14. It has a service life of more than 10 years in an environment with corrosive solutions, which is much longer than the 5-7 years of ordinary plastic materials. This feature makes the manual dosing system particularly suitable for use in highly corrosive industrial environments, such as sewage treatment plants, chemical plants or power plants.
Waterproofness
The manual chemical dosing system uses sealing components that meet IP68 standards. After continuous operation for 72 hours under 2 meters of water, all connecting parts have no leakage, which can effectively prevent liquid leakage. This performance makes it very suitable for situations such as sewage treatment plants where dosing equipment needs to be exposed to high humidity environments.
High Temperature Resistance
The manual chemical dosing system can withstand extreme temperatures of up to 200°C. In the field of petrochemicals, chemicals need to be added to certain high-temperature reaction devices, and the outlet temperature of the reaction device can reach more than 180°C. The system can also work effectively in such high-temperature environments.
High-pressure Resistance
The high-strength components of the manual chemical dosing system can withstand working pressures up to 16 bar (about 232 psi), which is about 60% higher than the pressure-bearing capacity of ordinary dosing systems on the market (10 bar). For example, in high-pressure boiler feed water treatment scenarios, dosing equipment needs to add descaling agents or preservatives under a high-pressure environment of more than 10 bar, and this system can fully meet or even exceed these requirements.
