Introduction
GQJB ultra energy-saving submersible mixer is a water treatment equipment, widely used in the mixing, stirring and circulation of municipal and industrial sewage treatment processes. The equipment adopts permanent magnet motor technology, and the motor efficiency reaches the European Class II energy consumption standard, which saves 15-30% energy compared with traditional motors. In addition, the cable adopts a double-layer sealing design to ensure that water cannot enter the motor, which improves the reliability of the equipment.
Features
Energy Saving
GQJB ultra energy-saving submersible mixer adopts permanent magnet motor technology, which reduces coil current loss, improves magnetic energy utilization, and makes the motor efficiency reach the European IE4 ultra-high energy efficiency standard, which is 15%-30% higher than ordinary motor efficiency. In this way, under standard working conditions, about 8,000 kWh of electricity can be saved each year, which is equivalent to nearly 10 months of continuous operation of a household air conditioner.
Sealing
GQJB ultra energy-saving submersible mixer adopts a double sealing system design. The first seal prevents external moisture from entering the sealing chamber, and the second seal is located inside the sealing chamber to provide additional waterproof protection. The sealing system has been rigorously tested and can withstand water pressures up to 3MPa, equivalent to the pressure at a depth of 300 meters. This sealing makes the equipment less likely to be damaged by water ingress.
Self-cleaning Impeller Design
The impeller surface of the GQJB ultra energy-saving submersible mixer adopts anti-fouling coating technology, which can reduce the adhesion of the impeller surface, thereby reducing the entanglement of fibers and impurities. This design allows users to reduce the number of cleanings by more than 50% per year.
Scope of application
The submersible mixer is mainly used for mixing, stirring and circulation in the process of municipal and industrial sewage treatment. It can also be used as a push flow device for landscape water circulation. It can create water flow through stirring and effectively prevent the settlement of suspended solids.

The temperature of the stirred medium should generally range between 0℃ and 40℃, with a pH range of 5 to 9. The medium density should not exceed 1150 kg/m³, and the long-term operational diving depth should not exceed 20 meters.

Special Notes:
- The submersible mixer must be fully submerged in water to operate.
- It is strictly prohibited to use the mixer in flammable, explosive, highly corrosive, or high-temperature environments.
- The minimum submersion depth of the submersible mixer is 900 mm.
