High Flow Filter Cartridge

The HFP high flow filter cartridge is an internal pressure filter for high-pressure hydraulic systems. It adopts a unidirectional flow mode from inside to outside, with a multi-layer composite filter material and plastic mesh support layer to form a gradient filtration structure.

• Secondary pollution control: The flow path from inside to outside allows impurities to be trapped in the inner layer of the filter element, and the outer filter material remains clean, reducing the risk of pollutants falling off.
• Space optimization: Compared with traditional filter elements, the size of the HFP high flow filter cartridge is reduced by 30%, suitable for compact hydraulic systems.
• High-pressure difference tolerance: The support layer of the HFP high flow filter cartridge adopts a high-density plastic mesh with a maximum pressure of 4.0 bar, which is suitable for high-viscosity liquid filtration.

The HMPR high flow filter cartridge is engineered to meet the pretreatment requirements of reverse osmosis (RO) systems. It adopts an axial sealing end cap and reinforced internal support frame design to solve the sealing failure problem caused by the deformation of traditional filter elements under high pressure. Its double-ring/single-ring sealing structure is compatible with mainstream RO equipment interfaces.

• Precision sealing: The axial sealing of the HMPR high flow filter cartridge ensures the verticality of the filter element and the housing, and the leakage rate is less than 0.01%.
• Pressure difference enhancement: The HMPR high flow filter cartridge internal support frame adopts spiral reinforcement ribs, which can improve the filter element's pressure difference resistance to 4.0 bar and extend its service life.

The 3M high flow filter cartridge is based on a large-caliber structural design, with a guide positioning groove at the connection end, and the internal support frame is made of 316L stainless steel, suitable for a high-temperature steam sterilization environment. The filter material has passed FDA food grade certification, and no adhesive is added.

• Quick maintenance design: The guide positioning groove of the 3M high flow filter cartridge realizes tool-free installation, and the filter element replacement efficiency is increased by 50%, which is suitable for high-frequency cleaning processes.
• High-temperature sterilization compatible: The internal frame of the filter cartridge is made of a 316L stainless steel skeleton, which can withstand 121℃ steam sterilization without deformation or material degradation risk.
• Safety: The filter material does not add chemical adhesives and meets food contact standards.
• Broad spectrum accuracy coverage: Provides 50-100μm gradient accuracy, suitable for filtration needs of high viscosity liquids such as syrup and oil.
